Tasting Notes
Martinella has a clear ruby red, it has aromas of rose petals, cassis and fresh cerry combined with dark chocolate and forest floor. A satin texture and a very long finish for a wine that will age effortlessly for decades.
Why we like it
Martinella, in Sicilian dialect “A’ Martinedda”, is the name of the vineyard and when we saw this one, it was love at first sight, a place that inspired us to put all our energy in the fascinating world of wine.

Tuna tartare, fish soup, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, lentils with pig's jowl.
