Tasting Notes
Rosato di Martinella is clear pink with cherry hue. It delivers raspberries, wild strawberries, pomegranate, prickly pear, cherry aromas and floral notes. This wine is cool, dry, crisp and very mineral. It has gentle tannins and a very long finish.
Why we like it
Rosato di Martinella is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes that grow closer to the forest, the freshest area of the Martinella vineyard. Nobody expected that the result would be so surprisingly delicious!
Pairings
Deep fried fish, San Daniele ham, fava beans or chickpea cream, risotto with asparagus, baked turbot, pork rolls, veil, white pizzas.
