Straw-yellow colour, this wine has citrus and balsamic fragrances, sulphurous and mineral notes. Savoury and fresh taste with a very long finish.

Salisire - Sali means “go up” and Sire means “Sir”. This wine is dedicated to dad Antonino. The name of this wine reminds us all of his great efforts in the vineyard and that only hard work, care and passion can create a unique wine.

Oysters, tagliatelle with mush of pistachio and shrimps, chowder, fried fish, turckey and vegetables.
